Job summary

Arkema Inc. (Bostik division) is seeking a Quality Technician to join the Americas region. This hands-on role conducts quality control testing, enters results into SAP, and supports root cause analysis with production teams.

The position offers competitive hourly pay and benefits, with 1st shift Monday through Friday and overtime as needed. Training is provided in a team-first environment focused on safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Prior laboratory experience required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with preference given to chemistry, biology, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Basic statistical knowledge preferred, including SPC, control charts, Cp/Cpk, and standard deviation concepts.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control testing using laboratory equipment and approved procedures and accurately enter results into SAP within required timelines.
• Investigate out-of-specification results, support root cause analysis, and partner with production and other functions to resolve quality issues.
• Prioritize, perform, document, and report testing activities while maintaining data integrity and compliance with laboratory procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment calibration, sample management, retain inventories, and nonconforming material processes.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives while working closely with production teams to meet customer and manufacturing requirements.
