Grupo Eulen USA is seeking a Quality Technician to ensure our floor and cleaning areas meet standards, and to provide feedback to the client and General Manager on areas of improvement. This role supports the integrity of our janitorial services for aviation-related clients and emphasizes customer service and clear communication.

You will inspect facilities, document findings, train staff on cleaning techniques, and work with the Operations team to resolve issues and drive ongoing process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in janitorial or custodial roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities for cleanliness and quality.
• Provide actionable feedback to staff and clients.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and standards.
• Maintain records of inspections and corrective actions.
• Prepare reports and documentation on quality control.
• Assist in training janitorial staff on cleaning techniques.
• Coordinate with Operations on equipment issues.
• Address client concerns and coordinate improvements.
• Collaborate with clients to meet cleaning needs.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
