Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production line, drive quality, schedule adherence and yield improvements while working closely with the Manufacturing & Quality team. This role focuses on supervising operators, mentoring staff, and ensuring standard operating procedures are followed.

You will monitor CIQ, coordinate line changes, and ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met through effective leadership and day-to-day supervision on the shop

Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent.
• General knowledge of electronic component handling.
• Knowledge of process flows to include flow charts and written processes.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Jabil system.
• Strong interpersonal skills required, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Assist with middle-level troubleshooting on the production line; basic troubleshooting without guidance.
• Assist on changeovers on all equipment on assigned line(s).
• Assist with preventive maintenance of equipment on assigned line(s).
• Support Manufacturing & Quality Supervisor in managing the line when needed.
• Highlight issues to Supervisor when there is high fallout.
• Achieve daily standards set by Supervisor.
• Guide and develop operators in using equipment correctly to improve throughput, quality, and efficiency.
• Monitor CIQ system and ensure it is implemented on the line; meet standards.
• Actively participate on the manufacturing floor to ensure visual standards.
• Identify real-time quality issues and take immediate corrective actions.
• Serve as a communication link between operators and management.
