Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the CVG100 facility. The role involves leading a production line Sunday-Tuesday with every other Wednesday from 6pm to 6am, guiding operators, overseeing changeovers, and maintaining quality and productivity.

You will use CIQ tools, monitor processes, and coordinate maintenance as needed. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to train staff, manage line performance, and communicate across teams in

Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with groups of managers and others.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, read instructions and follow processes.
• Proficient in Excel and Word; able to use Jabil systems for production tracking.
• Experience with standard operating procedures and flowcharts is preferred.
• Demonstrated teamwork and the ability to guide operators on the line.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and training to the work area and supervise team members.
• Coordinate daily activities from start to finish to meet quality, schedule, and productivity goals.
• Assist with equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance as needed.
• Monitor CIQ system and ensure standards are met on the line.
• Identify quality issues in real time and communicate with supervisors.
