Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead and coordinate production line activities in our facility. The role involves supervising operators, guiding skill development, and ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, yield, and productivity standards.

You will participate in troubleshooting, changeovers, preventive maintenance, and real-time quality issue resolution, communicating with the Manufacturing & Quality Supervisors to optimize throughput and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent.
• General knowledge of electronic component handling.
• Knowledge of process flows to include flow charts and written processes.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Jabil system.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with middle-level troubleshooting on the production line.
• Assist on equipment changeovers on assigned line(s).
• Assist with preventive maintenance on assigned line(s).
• Support Manufacturing & Quality Supervisors in line management.
• Highlight high fallout to supervisors and aid in corrective actions.
• Aim to meet daily standards set by Supervisors for throughput and quality.
• Guide operators in using equipment effectively and safely.
• Monitor CIQ system to ensure production standards are met.
• Actively participate on the manufacturing floor to maintain visual standards.
• Identify and correct quality issues in real time and communicate with leadership.
