Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States is hiring a Quality Technician II to support inbound and outbound QA operations, ensuring products are checked, counted and free of damage. You will audit packaging, verify labeling and use a WMS system to maintain accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, forklift certification (within 30 days) and preferred associate degree. This is a 2nd shift position with a pay of $22.70 per hour plus a $2 shift premium, plus growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift certification or completion within 30 days of employment is required.
• Associate degree or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits, inspections and documentation.
• Perform daily quality assurance activities as directed by management.
• Monitor and report QMS implementation and effectiveness via audits, observations and metrics.
• Support QA training for new and existing associates.
• Support coordination of QA license, permit and registration activities.
• Collaborate with QA, Ops Performance and Process Improvement teams to advance quality initiatives.
