Job summary

Printpack Inc. is seeking a QA Technician I to support production lines, perform quality tests, and ensure products meet specs. You will conduct AQL inspections, record results, and maintain accurate documentation while rotating with QA Technician I during steady-state runs.

The role emphasizes data integrity, adherence to SOPs, and collaboration across teams. You will work in a lab/manufacturing setting, handle measurement tools in US and metric systems, and participate in 5S and EHS

Qualifications

• 1–6 years of QA Technician or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency with measurement tools in US and metric units.
• Ability to follow SOPs/work instructions and document results clearly.
• Strong communication and attention to detail; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA sampling and testing per internal standards and customer specs.
• Enter data and report suspect data to team members.
• Rotate with QA Technician I during steady-state runs and assist with bag packing.
• Contribute to 5S, CI, EHS, and BBSO initiatives.
