Job summary

Itape is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to test and document results ensuring materials meet specifications. You will work with operators to identify nonconforming products and implement corrective actions.

The role requires a strong math and communication background, the ability to document results, and to operate all lab testing equipment. Overtime and shift flexibility are expected in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with strong math, written and oral communication.
• Good organizational and inter-personal skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or laboratory settings preferred.
• Able to work any shift and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Collects, approves, and files Certificate of Analysis for incoming raw materials.
• Operate testing equipment in the lab and perform product testing.
• Document test results to confirm materials meet specifications.
• Communicate non-conformances to shift leaders and MRB as needed.
• Maintain calibration records and update quality documentation.
