• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of QA Technicians IIs. Prioritize testing schedules and manage resource allocation.
• Review and validate test data and analysis performed by team members.
• Make go/no-go decisions for material releases and product approvals.
• Lead defect containment and coordinate corrective action responses.
• Maintain calibration programs and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Interface with Production and Support Staff on quality matters and report to management.
