Job summary

You will perform off-line testing, record quality data, and collaborate with operators to address defects while supporting quality initiatives and safety teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct required off-line testing to confirm products meet customer specifications.
• Enter quality data into customized data sheets and analyze trends.
• Interact with machine operators to document defects and corrective actions.
• Maintain lab data filing systems and retention storage.
• Collaborate across plant departments.
• Analyze quality metrics, internal rejections, and customer feedback.
