Job summary

Custom Processing Services Inc. is seeking a QA Technician to lead shift-product release by reviewing data and customer agreements. You may assist with in-process QC testing, audits, and new product development tasks while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include analyzing data, preparing Certificates of Analysis, and communicating results to management. You will support root-cause investigations and maintain orderly lab and sample storage areas.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing QA preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong safety mindset required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Review data and documentation to release production on shift.
• Test in-process products and perform quality audits.
• Analyze production data and generate Certificates of Analysis.
• Investigate non-conformances and drive root-cause analysis.
• Operate gauges and test equipment; assist with calibration.
• Maintain laboratory organization and sample storage.
