Qualifications

• 2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 0-3+ years of electronics experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective multitasking skills and the ability to take on additional responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Completes the Quality section of the Manufacturing Readiness Review
• Implements Quality Management Plans
• Monitors process control limits
• Assists product engineers in maintenance of inspection procedures, audits, and stock/floor purges
• Assists with process improvements and optimization
• Generates weekly and monthly inspection and test reports for Business Units
