Job summary

The position requires at least a 2-year engineering/technical degree and strong communication skills. You will collaborate with engineers, operators and leadership to optimize routings and processes, including lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing products.
• Aids in maintaining routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions for operators.
• Troubleshoots operator problems and supports process improvements.
• Collaborates with Engineers and leadership to drive training and quality initiatives.
• Supports Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
