Job summary

Benchmark Electronics in Rochester, MN, seeks a Quality Technician to verify manufacturing instructions and processes, collect data, and ensure products meet customer requirements. You will support QA through inspections, data verification, and trend analysis.

The role focuses on quality systems, process control, and collaboration with product engineers to drive improvements while working a daytime shift in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• 2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate high attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Completes the Quality section of the Manufacturing Readiness Review.
• Implements Quality Management Plans.
• Monitors process control limits.
• Assists product engineers in inspection procedures, audits and stock/floor purges.
• Assists with process improvements and process optimization.
• Generates weekly and monthly inspection and test reports for Business Units.
• Reviews inspection and test reports for process improvement opportunities.
