Job summary

Benchmark in Minnesota-Rochester is seeking a Quality Technician to verify processes and manufacturing instructions to ensure products meet customer requirements. You will execute procedures, collect data, analyze results, and prepare charts and reports.

The role supports process improvement, audits, and inspection planning with a strong emphasis on accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork in a 1st shift environment (M-F 0800-1700).

Responsibilities

• Completes the Quality section of the Manufacturing Readiness Review.
• Implements Quality Management Plans.
• Monitors process control limits.
• Assists product engineers in inspection procedures and audits.
• Assists with process improvements and optimization.
• Generates weekly/monthly inspection and test reports.
• Reviews reports for areas of improvement.
• Inspects, measures, tests components and assemblies.
• Verifies material conformance to specifications.
• Develops measurement processes and collects data.
• Communicates quality data to staff and management.
