Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze quality problems to identify root causes and implement corrective action.
• Educate production team on quality control issues and improve product quality.
• Coordinate quality inspections with department managers and team leads.
• Conduct dimensional and visual inspection of cases prior to shipment to meet customer specifications.
• Create corrective actions to ensure products meet required specifications.
• Record defects found during production into the database.
• Perform quality audits and verify calibration of inspection equipment.
