• Ability to upload programs to controller hardware.
• Must be able to follow established troubleshooting guides.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis on nonconforming components or finished goods and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, product development, and sales to address quality issues and reduce scrap.
• Develop and implement routine and specialized quality audits.
• Create and maintain standard work, quality alerts, and SOPs.
• Measure parts to prints using calipers, micrometers, and CMM; report findings.
• Conduct tests to ensure cases meet internal and customer requirements.
