Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum two years in quality control/assurance or similar role.
• An associate degree or technical certification as a Quality Tech.
• Strong troubleshooting, including electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to diagnose electrical issues and upload programs to controller hardware.
• Proficiency with Windows and web-based applications.
• Experience using hand tools including multi-meters.
• Self-starter with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, product development, and sales to address quality issues.
• Develop, implement, and report on routine internal and customer quality audits.
• Create and follow standard work instructions, quality alerts, and SOPs.
• Measure parts to prints using calipers, micrometers, and CMM.
• Conduct tests to ensure cases meet internal and customer requirements.
