Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician I in Irving, TX. The role performs tests on samples to ensure specification compliance and suitability for production, records results, and notifies deviations.

Responsible for GMP audits, calibration, and reagent preparation in a 3rd shift environment. The position requires 2 years of QC experience in manufacturing, HS diploma or GED preferred, and the ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of related Quality Control experience in a manufacturing environment.
• GMP practices and housekeeping and safety audits are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organoleptic and analytical tests at various stages of compounding and packaging to ensure compliance with standards.
• Submit samples for microbiological testing, maintain test results, and calculate batch adjustments for certain products.
• Approve batches for packaging and conforming finished product for shipment and place non-conforming product on hold for further analysis.
• Make corresponding inventory movements in SAP.
• File and maintain retained samples.
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment and instrumentation.
• Prepare reagents and solutions for use in testing.
