Qualifications

• 1 year prior experience with operation of high-speed production machinery preferred.
• 1 year prior experience monitoring of product quality preferred.
• Ability to quickly learn how processing and packaging equipment works; mechanical understanding preferred.
• Self-motivated team player with decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with basic computer functions and quick learning of production software.
• Basic mathematical skills for production calculations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy environment and demonstrate safe behaviors.
• Support quality systems and policies (QDS, Safe Quality Food, GMP, HACCP).
• Learn to safely operate and monitor high-speed production equipment.
• Assist in resolving production line issues and track production data.
• Participate in formal problem-solving with team members.
• Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas.
• Demonstrate Keurig Dr Pepper values in daily work.
