Job summary

This on-site role requires 4+ years of quality experience, a High School Diploma or GED, strong MS Office and data analysis skills, and clear communication with teams and customers. Experience with MES and CAPA processes is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of quality experience or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
• Strong MS Office and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of visual aids and work instructions.
• Assist with calibration tracking and verification for all measurement devices.
• Support product and process engineering activities under the direction of the Quality Engineer.
• Collect and organize raw data for analysis.
• Participate in routine process and product audits.
• Support new product introduction and process improvement based on design of experiments.
• Configure MES flows for rework routing.
• Execute and track document actions including DA, ECN, and CAPA.
• Review in-line nonconforming material and coordinate movement to MRB.
• Create MRB travelers.
• Attend CAC meetings and MRB meetings as necessary.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
