Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to ensure product quality and safety in a fast-paced beverage plant.

You will perform analyses, audits, and maintain meticulous records while collaborating with production teams to uphold customer specifications and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in manufacturing quality, familiarity with GMP/SQF, SAP, and measurement tools, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quality within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• In plants co-packaging alcoholic beverages, must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and PPE in warehouse and production areas.
• Ensure products conform to customer specifications in SAP.
• Perform analyses on raw materials, finished batches, treated water and other outlines by the department.
• Conduct chemical and physical analysis on materials and determine status.
• Evaluate finished products against standards by audits.
• Check process control parameters and equipment integrity.
• Stop production if Food Safety is questionable and alert leadership.
• Maintain accurate test records and required reports.
• Perform analytical tests to qualify ingredient batches for production.
• Perform production line checks as scheduled.
• Maintain laboratory cleanliness and calibration of equipment.
• Report out of specification results to leadership.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
