Responsibilities
- Layout components and assembled parts according to drawings.
- Use Line Faro to monitor quality concerns.
- Support and engage with deviations.
- Assist with calibration, Gage Trak, and system (inspection, test equipment, functional gages).
- Conduct capability studies on critical, major, and minor characteristics.
- Develop programs following PPAP principles and practices.
- Document and record data clearly on inspection forms.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area (5S: Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
- Promote quality workmanship to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Proficiently use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Teams).
- Assist with housekeeping in the MRB area.
- Support operations with NCMR process and parts inspection.
- Follow ITAR processes where applicable.
- Assist in material handling, inventory, and non-standard jobs in the MRB area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Education and Experience Requirements
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to read tape measurements and manual calipers.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Skills and Abilities
- Knowledge of quality plans and controls.
- Gauging knowledge required; CMM knowledge preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of preventive vs. predictive maintenance techniques.
- Detail-oriented.
- Adherence to safety and OSHA standards; maximum lifting of 25 lbs without assistance; PPE required at times.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk for at least 75% of the shift.

Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
