Job Responsibilities

• Operate complex process equipment in accordance with training, process documentation, and 5S standards.
• Operate and maintain equipment that applies coating and/or plating for aerospace applications.
• Assist maintenance teams in troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions, and report faults to management.
• Inspect parts, use hand tools, and make routine adjustments to production equipment as needed.

Qualifications

Level I (G9) Technician

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, understand work instructions and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in basic math operations.
• Ability to pass physical requirements for the role.

Level II (G10) Technician

• All Level I requirements plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role within manufacturing or aerospace environments.

Level III (G11) Technician

• All Level I requirements plus at least 5 years of relevant experience.
