Job summary

Kelly Services in Switz City, IN is seeking a Quality Inspector to join a leading agricultural organization. The role offers pay of $17.00–$20.00 per hour and a 6-day, 8-hour shift schedule, totaling 48 hours per week.

You will support Seed Operations and ensure safety and quality on moving conveyors. As part of our team, you’ll perform duties with PPE provided, work onsite, and have opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Able to pass background checks and screens as required.

Pay Rate: $17.00-$20.00/hour

Shift: 6 days a week, 8-hour shifts for a weekly schedule of 48 hours.

What’s a typical day as Quality Inspector? You’ll be:

• Performing maintenance tasks including walking up and down stairs and standing for extended periods.
• Sorting corn on moving conveyor belts, ensuring both safety and quality.
• Following established protocols in Seed Operations and adhering to company dress code.
• Reporting to the Seed Operations Supervisor and collaborating with a supportive team.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Are able to walk up and down stairs and stand for long periods.
• Are at least 18 years old and can work onsite.
• Are comfortable working around common allergens including corn husk, insects, nuts, plants, chemicals, and latex.
• Can work full time, 6 days a week, 8-hour shifts, and indicate shift preference on your resume.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Are entry-level and looking to start a career in a dynamic industry.
• Can pass all screens/background checks (can start pending background check during season).
