Schedule: 1st Shift - 5am to 5pm (12-hour shift)
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality? We're looking for a Quality Control Inspector who is driven to support production excellence, continuous improvement, and a top-tier safety culture!
Inspect products during production to ensure quality standards are met
Raise and resolve quality concerns with other departments
Participate in regular quality-focused meetings to drive performance and gather feedback
Monitor KPIs, and help shape our business' success
Document inspection, audit, and quality reports for customers and internal teams
Support audits (PCI, ISO9001, CQM) and help maintain key certifications
Collaborate on root-cause investigation and corrective action teams
Communicate effectively with peers, managers, customers, and suppliers
Ensure safety policies, procedures, and PPE use are always followed
Experience required: 2-5 years in quality, production, or related field
Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and reach during a 12-hour shift
Manual dexterity and sharp eyesight for product inspections
Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and eager to learn
Commitment to safety (PPE required: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves)
No minimum education required — your experience counts!
Familiarity with quality management standards and audit processes is a big plus
