Kelly Services in Chantilly, VA is hiring a Quality Control Inspector to support production quality, audits, and safety culture. You will inspect products during production, document results, and participate in quality meetings to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 2–5 years in quality or related fields, strong problem-solving, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a 12-hour shift. $18.50/hr on first shift.

• Manual dexterity and sharp eyesight for product inspections.
• Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and eager to learn.
• Commitment to safety (PPE: steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, gloves).
• No minimum education required; experience counts.
• Familiarity with quality management standards and audit processes is a plus.

• Monitor KPIs and help shape the business' success.
• Document inspection, audit, and quality reports for customers and internal teams.
• Support audits (PCI, ISO9001, CQM) and maintain key certifications.
• Collaborate on root-cause investigation and corrective action teams.
• Communicate effectively with peers, managers, customers, and suppliers.
• Ensure safety policies, procedures, and PPE use are followed.

Pay: $18.50/hr

Schedule: 1st Shift - 5am to 5pm (12-hour shift)
