Job summary

nVent seeks a senior quality leader to manage a team of Quality Technicians in a stainless-steel manufacturing setting. You will drive quality strategy, mentor staff, and ensure customer-focused quality initiatives across the value stream.

You will lead NCR investigations, implement CAPA, and uphold ISO 9001:2015; familiarity with PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, and FAI is preferred. This role blends technical problem-solving with people leadership at a global company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and quality functions.
• 2+ years of formal leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and quality mgmt systems.
• Preferred: CQE, CMQ, CQA, ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, CWI.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Quality Technicians and drive quality strategy.
• Own investigations of NCRs and external customer complaints; apply Six Sigma tools.
• Develop and sustain CAPA processes to resolve quality concerns.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2015 compliance and support external audits.
• APQP activities including PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, FAI.
