Job summary

Zobility is seeking a Quality Leader in Minnesota to guide a team of technicians, drive the quality strategy, and ensure customer requirements are met across a stainless-steel manufacturing operation.

You will coach technicians, manage NCRs and external complaints using Six Sigma methodologies, and lead CAPA processes while upholding ISO 9001:2015 standards and supporting APQP activities like PFMEA and FAI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in manufacturing and quality functions.
• 2+ years of formal leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and quality management systems.
• Quality certifications (CQE, CMQ, CQA) or ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Quality Technicians and drive quality strategy across the stainless-steel value stream.
• Coach and develop four quality technicians through mentoring and succession planning.
• Lead investigation and resolution of NCRs and external customer complaints using Six Sigma root-cause analysis.
• Develop, implement, and sustain CAPA processes to resolve quality concerns and prevent recurrence.
• Strengthen ISO 9001:2015 compliance and lead external audits and follow-up actions.
• Apply APQP tools like PFMEA, Control Plans, GR&R, Capability Studies, and FAI to improve product/process quality.
