Eclipse Advantage, Inc. is hiring a Quality Team Lead for the second shift to train QA inspectors, oversee inspections, and ensure product quality and process compliance. The role focuses on guiding the quality team and driving continuous improvement within the production environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, prior QA or team-lead experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint/data-analysis skills. The position offers a stable second shift schedule with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior QA/inspection or team-lead experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis/reporting tools.
• Ability to maintain accurate records within quality systems (PLEX).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Train QA inspectors on standards and inspection methods.
• Monitor inspector performance and assign tasks by production priorities.
• Support QA inspectors to meet deadlines and quality goals.
• Record and maintain inspection data and quality documentation.
• Lead 4S and Kaizen activities to drive continuous improvement.
