You will monitor product quality, maintain records in the quality system, and drive continuous improvement with Kaizen and process controls. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, strong Excel/data analysis skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior QA/inspection or supervisor experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Train QA inspectors on quality standards and inspection methods.
• Monitor inspector performance and assign tasks by production priorities.
• Support QA inspectors in meeting deadlines and quality goals.
• Record and maintain inspection data and quality documentation.
