Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise quality inspection teams.
- Set up projects and manage team expectations.
- Train inspectors on work instructions and procedures.
- Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate with customers and job site contacts.
- Ensure safety and company requirements are followed.
- Verify tools, equipment, and gauges.
- Complete project paperwork and reporting.
- Step in as acting supervisor when needed.
- Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses.
