Qualifications

• Must have at least 3 years in QC in SMT/WS/BOX build production.
• At least 2 years of people management experience.
• Experience with process audits in SMT/WS/TLA processes.
• Familiarity with IPC610 and audit implementation.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute quality inspections according to SE procedures.
• Conduct process audits and random inspections.
• Notify QA leadership of findings and coordinate root-cause actions.
• Prepare daily inspection reports for boards/units.
• Lead and train QC inspectors; ensure CI/QC procedures followed.
• Handover to next shift for issues and ECO follow-ups.
• Coordinate training and certification of new employees.
• Verify IPQC monitors are executed.
• Lead meetings with CM on quality issues.
