Job summary

Acting as a working leader, this role is responsible for coordinating quality audit activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing day-to-day guidance to team members. The Quality Team Leader models Delta Faucet Company’s core values by setting expectations, communicating clearly, and maintaining a focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) metrics.
