Sustainable Talent is partnering with a leading automotive manufacturer to staff a new battery pack assembly plant in Jeffersonville, IN. The Quality Team Manager will lead the Quality organization from launch through steady-state production, deploying QOS and guiding supplier and incoming quality activities.

The role starts remotely and transitions to on-site in Jeffersonville, with collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in an automotive quality function.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Champion the Quality Operating System (QOS) as a Plant Operating Committee member.
• Develop, mentor and train personnel on QOS principles and tools.
• Lead quality goal-setting and policy deployment for the plant.
• Manage direct and indirect staffing in the Quality department.
• Oversee incoming and supplier quality activities and problems solving with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate with MP&L and suppliers to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
