Formación

• 7+ years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 2–3+ years of leadership experience managing teams or quality programs.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Pack production Quality Engineering team and staff.
• Develop and execute plant-level quality strategies.
• Serve as the primary quality escalation contact for issues.
• Direct and validate root cause analysis for quality issues.
• Oversee collection and analysis of quality metrics.
