Job summary

CentroMotion is seeking a Quality Systems and Training Supervisor to lead training program design, implementation, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing center. The role ensures adherence to quality standards and regulatory readiness by managing training records and audit preparedness.

The candidate will oversee LMS usage, document control processes, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure procedures and certifications are current and effective.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training, learning and development, document control, quality systems, manufacturing operations, or a related function.
• Experience managing document control systems, records management, and audit preparation activities.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and employee development practices.
• Experience with LMS, electronic document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs that support business objectives and employee development.
• Conduct training needs assessments and partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities.
• Develop and maintain training materials, including instructor-led, virtual, on-the-job, and eLearning content.
• Manage training records, learning management systems (LMS), qualification matrices, and employee certification requirements.
• Measure training effectiveness through reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee document control processes, including creation, revision, approval, distribution, and retention of controlled documents.
• Maintain document management systems and ensure current procedures, work instructions, policies, and records are audit ready.
• Coordinate internal and external audit preparation activities, including document review, record retrieval, corrective action tracking, and audit support.
• Ensure training records, compliance documentation, and operational procedures meet organizational and regulatory standards.
