Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Quality Systems & Training Specialist to develop and deploy engaging training content, manage the LMS, and support audit readiness in a regulated medical device environment.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, drive continuous improvement in Quality Management System processes, and contribute to training metrics and reporting while fostering growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1 year of experience in the medical device industry is required.
• Experience developing training content using Articulate and/or Adobe Captivate.
• Experience working in a regulated environment and supporting established training and quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Create, develop, and deploy training content and processes to support Quality and business requirements.
• Manage employee accounts, training assignments, and user roles within the LMS.
• Partner with cross-functional departments to review, update, and approve training content.
• Respond to inquiries from business partners regarding training requirements and activities.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly training reports and metrics.
