Job summary

Schnellecke Logistics is seeking a Quality Specialist to implement and maintain an Integrated Management System across the business unit, ensuring compliance with customer standards and company procedures. You will monitor scrap processing, ensure up-to-date documentation, and support KPI reporting for management reviews.

The role requires strict adherence to safety principles and effective communication with MBUSI and internal teams. Experience with SQMS and related tools will be advantageous.

Qualifications

• Adhere to standard work procedures and safety rules.
• Ensure documentation and process controls to prevent flaws.
• Update daily/weekly/monthly scorecards and KPI data.
• Use SQMS for scrap processing.
• Manage online application distribution lists.

Responsibilities

• Apply standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks.
• Verify documentation and process controls to prevent flaws.
• Update data for KPIs in dashboards for management meetings.
• Process scrap data via MBUSI SQMS system.
• Coordinate forms and online tools (Fire, iGrafx).
• Coordinate with MBUSI to resolve scrap material issues and costs.
• Administer Action Task List and follow up for completion.
