Job summary

Schnellecke Group is seeking a Quality Specialist to implement and maintain an Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. You will monitor scrap processing, keep documentation current, and coordinate with MBUSI to resolve cost and quality issues.

The role requires adherence to safety principles at all times and data-driven reporting for KPI monitoring across daily to monthly cycles.

Qualifications

Know and apply the standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks assigned to ensure compliance.
Verify the execution of the documentation and controls of the processes to prevent flaws.
Update data into daily, weekly, and monthly scorecard and databases for KPI monitoring.
Use Supplier Quality Management System for processing scrap material (MBUSI SQMS).
Manage distribution lists for online applications including Fire and iGrafx.
Communicate with MBUSI to resolve scrap material and cost issues.
Administration of Action Task List and follow up with responsible individuals.
Adherence to Safety Principles at all times.

Responsibilities

Implement and maintain the Integrated Management System for the business unit and ensure it is functional, up-to-date and accessible to all employees.
Control and monitor scrap processing transactions to comply with customer standards.
Coordinate with MBUSI and suppliers to resolve issues affecting quality and cost.
Update KPI data and scorecards for management operational meetings.
