Job summary

Schnellecke is seeking a Quality Specialist in Woodstock, AL to ensure the Integrated Management System aligns with quality standards and customer requirements. You will oversee IMS functionality, keep it current, and ensure accessibility for all employees.

Daily tasks include controlling scrap transactions per customer standards, updating scorecards, and supporting incident investigations. You will collaborate with MBUSI and use iGrafx and SQMS tools to sustain compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Know and apply standard work procedures and safety rules for all tasks assigned.
• Verify documentation and controls to prevent flaws in processes.
• Update data daily/weekly/monthly scorecards and KPI dashboards.
• Communicate with MBUSI to resolve scrap material and cost issues.
• Document control for the Integrated Management System per ISO 9001.

Responsibilities

• Ensure implementation of an Integrated Management System for the business unit.
• Keep the IMS functional, up to date and accessible to all employees.
• Control and monitor scrap processing transactions per customer standards.
• Adhere to Safety Principles at all times.
• Manage, train and report on Layered Process Audits.
• Assist with incident investigations.
