Job summary

Altria is seeking an Associate Manager, Quality Systems & Regulatory Infrastructure in Richmond, VA to develop and implement regulatory quality complaint handling programs for our operating companies and products, ensuring processes are documented and compliant.

You will build complaint handling infrastructure, lead multi-channel consumer contact workflows, support product recalls, and develop reporting capabilities to enable regulatory and business decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years’ experience with quality systems or complaint handling infrastructure.
• Experience with SAP, Power BI, Excel and SQL.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in process mapping and system improvement projects.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and FDA inspections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create complaint handling systems plans for current or new Altria Operating Companies and new products, documenting processes with legal review where needed.
• Create and implement complaint handling infrastructure to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead processes to capture consumer contacts via phone, whitemail, social media, email and chat.
• Implement processes to manage and support product recalls.
• Develop complaint reporting capabilities.
