Job summary

Altria in Richmond, VA is seeking a Senior Regulatory Scientist, Data Integrity to independently develop and manage data analytics and regulatory submissions supporting FDA filings for reduced risk products. The role focuses on building compliant data infrastructure and ensuring data integrity across platforms and laboratories.

You will collaborate with Regulatory Sciences teams to apply analytics to regulatory timelines and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, life science, physical science, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a regulated laboratory or agency with regulatory submissions experience.
• Knowledge of data analytics, data engineering and design approaches.
• Strong project management skills in deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data analytics tools (Python, SQL, Power BI).
• Knowledge of chromatographic and spectroscopic techniques; experience with method development and validation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data generation and reporting workflows for FDA regulatory submissions.
• Develop and manage data infrastructure for FDA submissions with data integrity and format.
• Maintain knowledge of FDA data regulations (CDISC-TIG) and reporting requirements.
• Liaise with LIMS and data management teams for platform reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project timelines and issues.
