Job summary

Altria is seeking an Associate Manager to lead quality systems and regulatory infrastructure for consumer quality services in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on developing and implementing complaint handling programs, data capture, and regulatory compliance across multiple channels.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years’ experience in quality systems or complaint handling. Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Excel, SQL, and familiarity with enterprise QMS tools is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 4+ years' experience providing quality systems technical support or implementing complaint handling infrastructure.
• Capacities with SAP, Power BI, Excel and SQL.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in process mapping and system improvement projects.
• Experience supporting manufacturing and facilities for FDA inspections preferred.
• Salesforce, TrackWise Digital or other enterprise quality management experience preferred.
• Certifications to support business systems and Agile Project Management experiences are a plus.
• Ability to travel to supplier and operating company facilities if required.

Responsibilities

• Creating complaint handling systems plans for current or new Altria Operating Companies and new products, including data capture supporting regulatory and business requirements.
• Creating and implementing complaint handling infrastructure; developing processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Leading processes to capture consumer contacts via multiple channels (phone, whitemail, social media, email, chat).
• Implementing processes to manage and support product recalls.
• Developing complaint reporting capabilities.
