Job summary

HDR is seeking a Quality and Records Manager to lead the local QMS and partner with area leadership to advance quality culture across projects. The role acts as the local Quality Office representative and drives continuous improvement.

You will guide project managers on plans (PMP, QMP, RMP), coordinate with area quality managers, report on QMS progress and audit results, and develop onboarding programs to ensure staff awareness of HDR QMS across locations including New York.

Qualifications

• Professional degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 6 years of industry experience with at least 3 years in quality.
• Quality certification or ability to obtain one.
• Strong understanding of QMS fundamentals.
• Proven skills in staff communication and engagement.
• Strong verbal and written communication with investigative interview experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Adobe PDF and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the local leadership representative for quality and support the implementation of the QMS.
• Work with area leadership to advance a culture of quality and serve as the local representative of the Quality Office.
• Provide guidance to Project Managers on project plans and best practices.
• Coordinate with area business group project quality managers on project support needs and lessons learned.
• Report QMS implementation, audit resolution strategies, and updates to leadership.
• Communicate QMS updates to area leadership and staff as appropriate.
• Develop and maintain local area processes for QMS/ILG requirements with cross-functional input.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive onboarding program to raise awareness of HDR QMS.
