Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Quality Systems Manager to develop, implement, and maintain a global Quality Management System for the Astrospace & Defense Solutions business. You will drive compliance with AS9100D, supplier quality initiatives, and risk mitigation while leading audits and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualificações

• Must be able to access shared databases supporting U.S. Government programs.
• Experience maintaining an AS9100-certified QMS, leading internal and external audits, corrective actions, and quality system improvement initiatives.
• Formal AS9100D Quality Management System training and AS9100D or ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and continuously improve the QMS in accordance with AS9100D, ISO 9001, customer requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Develop, manage, and execute internal audit programs and coordinate external audits conducted by customers, certification bodies, and regulatory agencies.
• Lead supplier audits, assessments, surveillance activities, and supplier corrective action processes to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Develop, analyze, and report quality performance metrics and KPIs to drive data-based decision-making and operational excellence.
