Job summary

Redwire Space Missions, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager at our Littleton, CO facility. You will lead the AS9100 quality management system, coordinate across multiple sites, and ensure reliability, safety, and quality of space systems and processes.

The role requires a technical bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in aerospace quality, with travel up to 10%. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to drive corrective actions and continuous improvement within a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline; 8+ years Aerospace or Space industry experience in a quality-related function.
• Knowledge of AS9100 quality standards, including leading an organization through AS9100 certification.
• Must be able to travel up to 10%, to other Redwire locations.

Responsibilities

• Align quality management system and standards across all sites to develop a strong quality culture.
• Collect, analyze and summarize data from non-conformance investigations with support from relevant teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis.
• Identify and implement corrective and preventative actions.
• Prepare reports, metrics, and other documents for annual Management Reviews.
• Lead and coach quality personnel and cross-functional teams.
• Plan, organize, and report on supplier quality activities to meet contract requirements.
