Job summary

ARSAN International Consulting Group is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the global quality department for a highly engineered metal components manufacturer. The role directs quality engineering, supplier quality, and compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and ITAR, while driving continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive manufacturing quality experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in quality management or supervisory role.
• Experience in metal stamping, tooling, machining, or precision manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, and ITAR requirements.
• ASQ CQE, CMQ/OE, Lead Auditor, or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Ability to travel as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal, customer, registrar, and surveillance audits and manage corrective actions.
• Coordinate Management Review activities and report quality metrics to leadership.
• Maintain quality procedures, forms, and records per customer requirements.
• Lead quality engineering activities for product development and process validation.
• Monitor customer scorecards and supplier quality performance.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce defects, scrap, and cost of poor quality.
• Direct and develop the Quality Department and ensure staff competencies.
