In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a structured, scalable QMS and maintaining audit readiness across various audits. Candidates should have 5–10+ years in Quality Systems or QA, with strong experience in ISO 9001.

The position offers a salary between $100,000 and $130,000, plus a performance bonus and benefits, including medical, dental, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years in Quality Systems / QA (chemical, pharma, or regulated manufacturing).
• Experience leading or developing a small team.
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 (cGMP familiarity preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
• Maintain audit readiness across internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Lead the Material Review Board (MRB) for nonconforming materials.
