The role emphasizes compliance with IATF16949 and ISO14001, root-cause analysis, data-driven improvements, and cross-functional leadership to meet annual quality goals. You will train staff and partner with customers and suppliers to drive excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field; 10+ years in quality domain.
• 3+ years supervisory experience; automotive experience preferred.
• Certified Quality Engineer or IATF16949/ISO14000 auditor a plus.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains a quality system compliant with IATF16949 and ISO14001.
• Leads APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, work instructions, and process flow.
• 8D problem solving and root cause analysis.
• Develops product improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Supports internal and external audits as necessary.
• Provides quality support to customers during product development.
• Manages supplier audits and supplier quality.
