Job summary

Oji Intertech Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System and drive continual improvement. You will collaborate with process owners and leaders to ensure compliance, quality objectives, and customer satisfaction across the organization.

The role requires strong experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and AIAG Core Tools, along with a track record of audit leadership and problem-solving in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years in manufacturing quality.
• Minimum 3 years of quality leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in IATF 16949 QMS.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Experience leading internal, customer, and third-party audits.
• Experience with AIAG Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP).
• Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Serve as SME for automotive quality requirements and customer-specific requirements.
• Manage audit programs, corrective actions, and nonconforming product disposition.
• Drive continuous improvement using 8D, 5 Why, and root cause analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams and promote quality across departments.
